The foster brother who allegedly had a sexual relationship with slain Logan schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer is set to be sentenced at a Queensland court.
Trent Thorburn, 20, is due to face the Beenleigh District Court on Thursday on charges of perjury, attempting to pervert the course of justice and incest.
It's alleged Thorburn had a sexual relationship with the 12-year-old in the period before her death in late 2015.
The body of Tiahleigh was discovered on the banks of a northern Gold Coast river in November 2015, six days after she was reported missing by Thorburn's father Rick.
Police have alleged Rick Thorburn killed Tiahleigh to protect his son.
Thorburn's younger brother Joshua was jailed in July for three months after pleading guilty to perjury and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
The pair's mother Julene is due to be sentenced on similar charges in November.
